Questions people actually ask

How does the Neighborhood Finder decide my matches?

Eight questions cover the things that actually drive the decision: buying or renting, budget, who is moving, commute, what matters most day to day, home style, and pace of life. Each answer shifts the weighting toward areas that fit it, and your top five become your matches.

Which areas can the Neighborhood Finder match me to?

Twenty-two areas across the Dayton region: suburbs like Beavercreek, Centerville, and Kettering, small towns like Tipp City, Troy, and Waynesville, and city neighborhoods like the Oregon District and St. Anne's Hill. It covers the areas relocation buyers actually ask about, from value plays near Wright-Patterson AFB to the top-school suburbs south of town.

What if I am torn between two of my matches?

Put them head to head in the Compare Neighborhoods tool. It shows prices, rents, school ratings, and commute times side by side. Then drive both. A 30-minute visit settles more than any table.

Is an eight-question finder really enough to pick a neighborhood?

No, and it is not trying to be. It is a shortlist generator. It gets you from twenty-two options down to two or three worth touring, and Chris takes it from there in person.

Got your match? Go stand in it.

A finder gets you a shortlist. Chris gets you on the street, walking your top match with you and telling you honestly whether it fits the life you described.
